TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

Our team worked with the offshore Wealth Management arm of Citibank, known as Citibank International Personal Banking (IPB) over the course of the last few months. We were actively involved in 2 deliverables: Customer Journey Blueprinting for High-Net-Worth Digital Clients as well as the development of a powerful Chatbot personal assistant for the High-Net-Worth clients. The details of each of the deliverables can be seen below.
